TENDERINGThe tendering process for most projects these days involves preparing quantities and pricing on a 'lump sum' basis. We produce lump sum tenders and detailed 'Scope of Works' contract documentation.
ESSENTIAL TASKSWe prepare contract valuations, price variations, pay sub-contractors and attend to administrative matters as and when necessary. We can set up performance indicators and regularly report cost to value issues that will help to improve commercial performance.
ARCHITECTURAL AND STRUCTURAL CAD WORKWe charge very low fees compared with most Architects. With our input, Contractors can offer a 'Design and Build' service to potential customers and increase the value added element of their service. We also produce timber frame drawings and structural calculations for timber frame.
FINAL ACCOUNTSThe last monthly payment on any project is usually conservatively valued for obvious reasons and with the passing of time, some issues that might increase the value of the final account, become overlooked or forgotten. We are here to help Clients to get final accounts resolved in a methodical and thorough way that will provide the best possible financial outcome in the shortest time.
CONTRACT CLAIMSWe have had many years experience in preparing and negotiating Contract Claims and Extensions of Time applications. By making effective use of contract conditions we can recover losses by producing programme extension data and particulars of claim documents that prove the financial effect of late instructions and unforeseen circumstances.
FEESOur day rate is £200.00 inclusive: this may increase with distance of travel. For small jobs where information can be received and sent by e-mail, we charge £35.00 per hour. Contract Claims and Court Work rates are generally higher depending on the circumstances of the case.
